Hi, I'm Bryan Kelley with Supreme 1 Realty. I chose Supreme 1 because of its leadership and enjoyed working with AJ Abrams at another firm. I got into real estate for the second time back in 2010. A graduate of Colorado State University, I also attended the University of Texas at Austin. I knew Austin was where I wanted to end up. After college, I moved to San Diego, then back to El Paso, and luckily chose to move back to Austin in 1998. I owned and managed restaurants for 18 years. The last place I owned was Johnny Fins Floatin' Bar & Grill on Lake Travis. As Austinites know, when the droughts happened and the lake dropped, they had to cut us loose from our location and float it out in the main body of the lake making it impossible to operate. That's when real estate came calling for the second time. Back in the mid-90s, I went to work for my father, a commercial developer in El Paso. This time, I heard residents calling my name. My sister had been doing it for about 15 years and I looked at the opportunity to still be able to help people and serve as their counselor in one of the biggest decisions in their lives. I have helped people buy, sell, and lease properties in and around the Austin area ranging in prices from $5,000 to over $2 million. I treat every client as my number one client. It doesn't matter if you are leasing something, or buying or selling a multi-million dollar property, you get the same service. This idea came from the restaurant business. I learned at an early age that whatever you are buying, is important to you at that time and if it gets messed up or you feel slighted, you aren't likely to return. I get most of my clients from referrals. This means I feel I have done an excellent job over the past 9 years of building successful relationships through superior service. I have used the mindset of building friendships which is how I grew my restaurant business because people want to feel secure in who they refer others to. I have been fortunate enough to help agents who have just started get their feet wet and help clients get great deals on properties they want to buy, sell, and lease. Having 2 daughters who have gone through the Lake Travis ISD and are currently in Middle and High Schools in LTISD, as well as playing select soccer and rising stars in the equestrian world, I have the luxury of being around a bunch of people who I might now otherwise have met.
